Florida Household Accused of Promoting Harmful Bleach as Covid-19 Remedy

A Florida man and his three sons were charged with allegedly selling a dangerous chemical mixture called Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS) as a cure for Covid-19 and dozens of other serious diseases.

Mark Grenon, 62, and his three adult sons Jonathan, Jordan and Joseph are charged with marketing and selling tens of thousands of bottles of MMS in the United States. as well as other diseases like cancer, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, HIV / AIDS, malaria, and even autism. Prosecutors deny these allegations on the grounds that Miracle Mineral Solution is in fact a solution that when ingested becomes “chlorine dioxide, a powerful bleaching agent typically used in industrial water treatment or to bleach textiles, pulp and paper”.

According to Justice.gov, the indictment also alleges that the Grenons operated under the guise of the Genesis II Church for Health and Healing, a legal entity that had nothing to do with religion and had everything to do with state regulation of the Avoid Medicine Protecting Its Founders From Law Enforcement.

The Genesis II website describes the company as a non-religious church, and Mark Grenon himself has repeatedly stated that it “has nothing to do with religion” and that he founded Genesis to “legalize the use of MMS” and To avoid “going” [ ] into jail “.

Interestingly, Grenon could be at least partially responsible for former President Donald Trump’s insane statements regarding the use of bleach to treat Covid-19. The Guardian reports that the Florida “entrepreneur” wrote to Trump in April last year promoting his industrial bleach as a “wonderful detox that can kill 99% of pathogens in the body.”

The FDA has not approved Miracle Mineral Solution as a cure for Covid-19 or any other use in this matter. On the contrary, it has been warned that drinking the preparation is the same as drinking bleach and can lead to serious problems, “including severe vomiting, diarrhea, and life-threatening low blood pressure.”

.

To avoid legal responsibility, the Grenons reportedly sold MMS through the Genesis II Church. Technically, customers had to make a donation to the church, only the donation was mandatory and was set at a certain dollar amount. The family reportedly sold more than $ 1 million worth of Miracle Mineral Solution.

The Miami federal prosecutor’s office ransacked Jonathan Grenon’s home that the family made MMS in a shed in Bradenton, Florida. Officials confiscated dozens of blue chemical barrels containing nearly 10,000 pounds of sodium chlorite powder and other materials used in the manufacture and distribution of MMS.

A simple Google search for “Mark Grenon” reveals that concerns about his Miracle Mineral Solution were several years ago. Several researches found that his product was very similar to bleach. But for some reason no one could stop the operation; Not only that, but an offshoot of the Genesis II Church had apparently started selling MMS in Australia as well.

Mark and Joseph Grenon are reportedly in Colombia while Jonathan and Jordan are already in US custody.
